Exceptional service from Mr Sam and the team made our stay memorable. The ambience was inviting with a gorgeous view of the mountains. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and private balcony. it was a perfect spot for morning tea.

During my stay, I enjoyed the breathtaking mountain view from my room and the overall beautiful design of the resort. The exclusive breakfast selection was a delightful highlight, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. It was a great base for exploring nearby attractions like the Hanging Bridge and Chokramudi Peak. Despite some minor hiccups with service, the atmosphere and hospitality made up for it.

the spacious bathroom featured a wonderful jacuzzi tub for relaxation. the food was not great.

The spa services offered an incredible full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool was so inviting, perfect for unwinding while soaking in the mountain landscape.

The Luxury Mountain View Room offers jaw-dropping vistas that genuinely enhance the experience. The spacious balcony is a perfect spot to soak in the panoramas, especially at sunrise.

The access roads are steep and narrow, making it quite a trek to arrive. I faced several issues, cold shower water consistently, a failed air conditioning unit that invited unwanted insects at night, and dining options that fell short, especially at dinner—charges for raita with biryani felt unreasonable. The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, practically non-existent during rainy weather. Despite paying a premium, the room's amenities were lacking, such as a non-functioning balcony light and undercooked service throughout my stay, where I often waited excessively for meals.

The mountain views were amazing, but getting there was tricky on those bad roads.

our stay in viceroy was amazin! the view from our junior suite was breathtaking, and we loved the spacious room. the hospitality was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly, especially sam who made us feel like family. waking up to bird sounds and a beautiful garden was magical. we enjoyed nice breakfasts every morning overlooking the mountains.

the food options for lunch and dinner were a bit disappointing and the hot water in the shower didn't get really hot, just warm.
